**Join Our Dynamic Team as a BMT/ONC Registered Nurse!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse in BMT/Oncology
- **Schedule:** Night Shift, 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- **Experience Required:**
- Minimum 2 years of acute care BMT/Hematology experience
- Chemotherapy administration experience
- Candidates with 1.5 years of experience will be considered
- **Certifications:**
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Colorado or Compact RN License
- ONC (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification
- **Floating Requirements:**
- Will float between BMT/Oncology and CTU units based on facility needs
- May float to sister facilities within the metro region
- **Unit Details:**
- 51-bed unit dedicated to patients with blood cancers
- Provides care for patients receiving chemotherapy, biotherapies, stem cell transplants, and CAR-T therapy
- **Nurse-to-Patient Ratios:**
- Typically 3-4:1, with flexibility based on staffing requirements
- **Charting System:**
- Epic
- **Special Requirements:**
- Comfortable working in environments with flexible staffing ratios
- Must be adaptable to meet the needs of the unit
