**Join Our Dynamic BMT/Oncology Team!**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse - BMT/Oncology
- **Unit:** 10000210 - BMT
- **Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
- **Schedule:** Various days of the week
**Job Highlights:**
- Caring for patients with blood cancers, receiving cutting-edge treatments including chemotherapy, biotherapies, and cellular therapies.
- Work in a vibrant 51-bed unit with a focus on stem cell transplants and CAR-T treatments.
- Experience flexible nurse-to-patient ratios (3-4:1) and support from a collaborative team.
- Float between the BMT/Oncology and CTU units as needed, broadening your clinical experience.
- Utilize Epic for charting to streamline workflow and enhance patient care.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years acute care BMT/Hematology experience preferred; candidates with 1.5 years of experience will be considered.
- Chemotherapy administration experience required.
- First-time travelers welcome if they meet experience requirements.
- Weekend availability per unit needs.
- Certifications: AHA BLS, CO or Compact RN License, ONC certification.
**Special Requirements:**
- Comfort with flexible staffing ratios and environments is essential.
- Willingness to float to sister facilities as needed within the metro region.
