**Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse - BMT Unit!**
**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Registered Nurse (RN) - BMT Unit
- **Shifts:** Rotating shifts, including Day (07:00 - 19:00) and Night (19:00 - 07:00)
- **Work Environment:**
- Join a dynamic 51-bed unit dedicated to providing exceptional care for patients with blood cancers, chemotherapy, biotherapies, and advanced cellular therapies like stem cell transplants and CAR-T.
- Collaborate with a skilled team in a fast-paced environment.
- **Patient Care:**
- Nurse-to-patient ratios typically 3-4:1, with flexibility based on staffing and unit needs.
- Be prepared to float between the BMT/Onc and CTU units as required to meet patient needs.
- **Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years acute care BMT/Hematology experience; candidates with 1.5 years may be considered.
- Experience in chemotherapy administration is essential.
- Prior experience in environments with flexible staffing ratios is required.
- First-timers with the required experience are welcome to apply.
- **Certifications:**
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Colorado or Compact RN License.
- ONC certification.
- **Additional Information:**
- Weekend shifts may be required based on unit needs.
- Charting is done through Epic.
