Must-Have: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Description:
The position involves working in an ambulatory specialty clinic that coordinates care for pre- and post-transplant patients.
Responsibilities include patient screening, coordination of testing and appointments, and education.
Medication management and multidisciplinary communication are also key components of this role.
Ongoing clinical follow-up with patients is required.
Experience with the kidney transplant population and familiarity with Epic is preferred.
