Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry- Monitor patients' heart rhythms and vital signs
- Administer medications and IV therapies as ordered
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create comprehensive care plans
- Provide patient education on heart health and management
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry- Active RN license in Virginia
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Experience in telemetry nursing preferred
