Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Three 12-hour shifts per week | Expected 36–48 hours per week | Six weekend shifts per six-week schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on Medical/Surgical Telemetry units with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1
• Float Pool position — must be willing to float between multiple facilities and departments as assigned
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within the electronic medical records system

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry
• Must be willing and able to float between multiple facilities and departments

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred
• Prior float pool or multi-facility travel experience
