Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
Monitor and manage appropriate resources related to patient care at the unit level
Ensure competency of clinical staff through oversight and accountability
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Experience in telemetry or cardiac monitoring nursing
Ability to assess and manage patients in a telemetry unit setting
Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse role
Familiarity with resource management in an acute care environment
