Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a General Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for patients requiring continuous cardiac surveillance
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Must be able to read and interpret telemetry
- Current BLS certification
- Travel nursing experience or willingness to work as a travel nurse
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a Telemetry or Medical-Surgical unit
- Experience with cardiac monitoring in an acute care setting
