Key Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment
- Apply independent and supervisory discretion in clinical decision-making within a telemetry setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Availability for night shift only (36 hours per week); holiday RTO will not be approved
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior acute care facility experience
