    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Plymouth, Massachusetts, 02360!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical (Telemetry)

    Location

    Plymouth, MA | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care on a 49-bed general medical/surgical telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric populations
    • Manage patients presenting with a wide variety of acute conditions and multiple comorbidities
    • Monitor and interpret telemetry/ECG readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient status
    • Administer medications accurately and in accordance with facility protocols
    • Document all patient care activities utilizing the EPIC EMR system
    • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
    Required Qualifications
    • Current Massachusetts RN License — must be active at time of submission
    • Current AHA BLS Certification required
    • ACLS Certification required
    • Current telemetry experience required
    • EPIC EMR experience required
    • Must pass pre-acceptance ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests (proctored via Zoom; must be scheduled within 48 hours of tentative offer)
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Medical/surgical nursing experience
    • Experience caring for adult and geriatric patients with complex, multi-comorbidity presentations
    • Strong time management skills in a fast-paced acute care environment
