Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry unit with assigned patient ratios (Med-Surg: 5:1 days/evenings, 6:1 nights; Telemetry: 4:1 days/evenings, 5:1 nights)
• Float between Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units as needed
• Participate in a self-scheduling system, with schedule gaps filled based on unit needs
• Adhere to weekend and holiday rotation requirements, with limited holiday time-off requests accommodated
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in alignment with unit protocols and standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical RN experience
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Telemetry nursing
• Familiarity with floating between Med-Surg and Telemetry units
• Strong adaptability and ability to work within a self-scheduling environment
