Job TitleRegistered Nurse - Medical/Surgical (Telemetry)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Evenings (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) | Every other weekend and holiday commitment required
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC EMR
- Adhere to unit protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements throughout all shifts
Required Qualifications- Active Massachusetts RN license required (temporary or permanent license acceptable at time of submission)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Expected 72 hours biweekly; on-call hours are not counted toward expected biweekly hours
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - local travelers will not be accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
- Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and interpretation in an acute care environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced hospital environment with rotating weekend and holiday schedules
