Contract (Travel) | 12 Weeks | Nights: 5:45 PM – 6:15 AM | Schedule Varies
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Deliver wound care as needed in accordance with facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using MEDHOST EMR
- Float to other units as required based on staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Wound Care
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse
- Ability to work a variable night schedule (5:45 PM – 6:15 AM)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with MEDHOST EMR system
- Previous travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
