Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
Monitor and maintain competency of clinical staff under supervision
Contribute to appropriate resource management related to patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Telemetry specialty experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a telemetry or cardiac monitoring unit
Familiarity with clinical staff supervision and delegation
