Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 17-Week Assignment | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Sunday–Saturday, 3 days per week including weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit serving adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, identifying and responding to cardiac changes promptly
• Deliver nursing care across night shifts, including weekend coverage as scheduled
• Float to other units as needed to support staffing and patient care needs
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in California (or compact eligibility)
• Minimum 1 year of Telemetry nursing experience
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Willingness and ability to float to other units as needed
• Local candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification preferred
• Experience caring for diverse age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• First-time travelers are encouraged to apply
