Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Contract | Travel | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 32-bed Telemetry/Med-Surg unit with patient ratios of 4–5:1
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data using a GE Telemetry system
- Perform IV and Foley catheter insertions as part of routine unit procedures
- Assist with chest tube removal in accordance with unit protocols
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, CNAs, and sitters across night shift operations
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Colorado or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Telemetry experience
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for post-operative CABG patients
- Prior experience with Meditech EMR
- Outgoing, team-oriented personality with the ability to take initiative independently
