Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients via continuous telemetry in a long-term acute care setting
- Administer intravenous medications and manage IV access in accordance with facility protocols
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient cardiac rhythms and overall clinical status
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
- Current ACLS certification
- Demonstrated telemetry experience and proficiency in cardiac rhythm interpretation
- Proficient IV insertion and management skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term acute care or step-down unit environment
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
