Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN – TELE)

Contract | Night Shift | 3x12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and interpret continuous cardiac telemetry data for assigned patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for telemetry unit patients
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Georgia or compact state eligibility
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Prior experience in a telemetry or cardiac step-down nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a consistent weekly schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with cardiac monitoring systems and rhythm interpretation
- ACLS certification preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in an acute care environment
