    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings within a small, rural acute care facility
    • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry for a patient population ranging from newborn to geriatric
    • Maintain patient ratios of 5:1 (standard acuity) or 3:1–4:1 (higher acuity PCU patients) on both day and night shifts
    • Work independently and adapt quickly to a small-unit environment with minimal onboarding support — no non-billable orientation provided
    • Adhere to facility dress code (personal scrubs, any color) and all scheduling commitments made at time of submission
    Required Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience in PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry settings
    • Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License — must be provided at time of submission
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS Certification
    • Completed basic dysrhythmia test — must be included in profile
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Previous travel nursing experience
    • Experience in rural or small-facility healthcare settings
    • Comfort working across MS, Tele, and PCU simultaneously in a cross-trained capacity
