    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care across Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit (PCU) settings within a small, rural acute care facility
    • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; manage patients requiring telemetry monitoring
    • Maintain patient ratios of 5:1 on standard acuity and 3:1 to 4:1 for higher acuity PCU patients
    • Care for a broad patient population ranging from newborn to geriatric
    • Work independently and adapt quickly — no non-billable orientation is provided
    • Adhere to holiday scheduling requirements including availability for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year holiday blocks if scheduled
    Required Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience in PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry settings
    • Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
    • Active American Heart Association (AHA) ACLS certification
    • Completed Basic Dysrhythmia test required
    • Must possess own reliable vehicle for the duration of the assignment
    • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
    • Experience in a rural or small facility setting highly preferred
    • Comfort working independently with minimal onboarding support
