Telemetry (TELE) registered nurses are needed for a healthcare organization in a facility. This role involves providing specialized patient care to cardiac and medical-surgical patients, with a focus on telemetry monitoring, post-procedure management, and supporting complex cardiac cases. The position offers a day shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, requiring commitment for a minimum of 48 hours per week through the end of January 2027.

  • Schedule: 12-hour day shifts; minimum of 48 hours per week; starting 10/26/2026 and ending 01/25/2027.
  • Required Qualifications: Certifications include ACLS (American Heart Association), BLS (American Heart Association); minimum 2 years recent registered nurse experience in a busy hospital environment; experience with post-procedural cath lab patients, management of TR band compression devices, chest pain, and post cardiac surgical patients. Licensure to submit required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience reading telemetry strips, familiarity with tele monitors, and ability to titrate various medication drips such as Nitroglycerin, Heparin, Diltiazem, Amiodarone, Lasix, Bumex, and Dobutamine.
  • Additional Information: The unit has a 24/7 central telemetry monitoring system. RNs are responsible for incentives spirometry, with RT assisting in nebulizers, inhalers, CPAP, BIPAP, and high-flow vapotherm. No self-scheduling; block scheduling may be available. Floating may be required based on census. Dress code excludes provided scrubs; orientation includes onboarding and unit-specific training.
