Registered Nurse - Telemetry / Med-Surg (Tele RN) – Night Shift

Schedule: Night Shift | 3x12-Hour or 4x12-Hour Shifts | 36 – 48 Hours per Week
- Schedule Structure: 12-hour night shifts. Flexible 36 or 48-hour schedule options.
- Weekend & Holiday Coverage: As needed per unit schedule guidelines.
- On-Call / Standby: No On-Call required.
- Floating Protocol & Unit Details: No Floating required. Mixed Medical-Surgical / Telemetry unit care delivery. Coordinated nursing care, cardiac monitoring, telemetry interpretation, patient assessment, interdisciplinary collaboration, and oversight of assigned nursing staff using critical thinking and independent judgment.

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]:
- Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Telemetry / Stepdown nursing experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
- Solid telemetry experience strictly required due to mixed MS/Tele unit setting [HARDSTOP].
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Acute care facility experience preferred.
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active RN License in state of practice strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active CPR / BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from an approved vendor per facility policy [HARDSTOP].
- Active ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification from an approved vendor per facility policy [HARDSTOP].
