Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel- Provide telemetry nursing care to patients in various units
- Monitor patient vitals and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel- Registered Nurse license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of telemetry experience
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Epic experience required
