Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel- Monitor patient vital signs and provide direct patient care on the telemetry unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical staff
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel- Valid RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- EPIC system experience required
- Ability to float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
- Must pass day one pass/fail test and Relias testing during onboarding
