Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry unit, with the ability to also work Med/Surg as needed
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data, escalating concerns appropriately
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Epic (Excellian) electronic health records
• Rotate every other weekend as part of the standard schedule
• Float within scope to other units or an affiliate facility to meet staffing needs as required

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Minnesota license in hand preferred; pending licensure may be considered)
• Minimum 2 years of Telemetry or related nursing experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Epic (Excellian) charting experience required
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible
• No open background cases; fingerprinting required per Minnesota state mandate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a teaching hospital or trauma-level facility
• Familiarity with floating to Med/Surg or similar acute care units
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
