TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Job Description & Requirements

Submission Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience required.
- Two professional references required:
- References must be obtained within the last year.
- References must be from employment within the last year.
- Level I references required.
- Active RN license required.
- License cannot expire within 60 days of the contract start date.
- Required certifications cannot expire within 90 days of the contract start date.
- Recent EPIC experience within the past 6 months is required and should be included in the submission.
- Permanent address must be included with the submission.
Floating Expectations
All travelers must be willing to float as needed.
- MS/Tele, ICU, and PCU travelers may float frequently or occasionally based on staffing needs.
- Travelers may float:
- Between units
- To sister campuses
- To other facilities within the assigned region
Scheduling & Time Off
- Overtime is not permitted unless pre-approved by the Nurse Manager.
- Facility scheduling requirements and specialty-specific qualifications are outlined within each individual job posting.
COVID-19 Requirements
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
- Medical and religious exemption requests may be considered.
- Approved exemptions require adherence to facility masking and CDC distancing guidelines.
