Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry setting across multiple units as part of a float pool
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and interventions accurately using EPIC
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
• Participate in weekly unit orientations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
• Minimum 2+ years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry (MS Tele) RN experience
• Strong telemetry experience required due to float pool placement across multiple units
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records system
