Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting on night shift
- Float across applicable units as needed to support staffing demands
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver safe, high-quality patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and care plans accurately using Epic EMR
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical/Surgical or Telemetry setting
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Ability to float to various units as assigned

Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a float pool or multi-unit environment
- Strong telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit workflows
