Description:
The Registered Nurse will work in a Telemetry unit.
The position requires the ability to float to other facilities and units as needed.
Candidates must have experience in cardiac telemetry.
Responsibilities include blood product administration and non-invasive airway management.
The nurse will manage cardiac drips without titration and interpret dysrhythmias.
Peripheral line care and management is also required.
The position involves working with rapid response and code teams.
Candidates should be familiar with community hospital experiences.
Charge experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
All candidates must provide proof of COVID vaccination and booster upon submission.
All submissions will be thoroughly reviewed to ensure compliance with requirements.
Prior experience in teaching hospitals is preferred.
Flexibility to be reassigned to different departments, units, or facilities may be required.
