Nurses will provide acute care to patients with a range of conditions including MI, CHF, COPD, and more. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry- Interpret EKGs and manage medication titration
- Administer and adjust Cardizem and heparin drips
- Provide care for patients with various heart and lung conditions
- Collaborate with charge nurses and patient care techs
- Float to other general medical units as needed
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry- Active IL nursing license or application in process
- BLS certification (AHA)
- Strong skills in EKG interpretation and medication titration
