TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Needham, Massachusetts, 02492!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit across rotating day and night shifts
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
Rotate weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled
Required Qualifications
Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required
Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Epic EMR experience required

Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
Ability to adapt effectively to rotating shift schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
