Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit across rotating day and night shifts
• Monitor and assess patients on telemetry, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Epic EMR
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday coverage as scheduled

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Epic EMR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry setting
• Comfort working rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
