Expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with staff. Unit specifics include 29 beds with a patient ratio of 1:6. RNs are part of a dedicated care team utilizing i-mobile phones and mobile computer workstations. Documentation is managed through an electronic system. Three 12-hour shifts are required per week. Float policies may apply, requiring flexibility to accommodate emergency department and telemetry monitoring room needs. Patient experience protocols include bedside shift report and RN/MD rounding.
