TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Beverly, Massachusetts, 01915!
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit during night shift hours
Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Float to a sister facility as needed to support staffing demands
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting
Proficiency with Epic EMR is required
Must be available for no more than 3 days of requested time off during the assignment
Must be willing and able to float to a nearby sister facility as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a high-acuity Medical-Surgical Telemetry environment
Familiarity with onboarding competency assessments and skills validation testing
Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care settings
