This role will involve working with patients experiencing MI, CHF, arrhythmias, and more, in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel- Provide nursing care using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients
- Address psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families
- Administer medications and treatments following appropriate protocols
- Monitor for side effects and effectiveness of treatments
- Document patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients and caregivers
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel- BLS certification from AHA required
- ACLS certification from AHA required
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty preferred
