Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN with expertise in Telemetry for a travel assignment located in Cudahy, WI. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry- Monitor cardiac and telemetry status of patients
- Provide care for patients with conditions such as CHF, chest pain observations, and other medical diagnoses
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records and Alaris for IV pump management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including RT, OT/PT/ST, and hospitalists available 24/7
- Engage in the management of drips such as Cardizem, amiodarone, and insulin within set parameters
- Conduct necessary procedures including NG tube placement and wound care management
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry- Current RN license with BLS and NIHSS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of MedSurg/Tele experience
- Experience with patient types including geriatric, cardiac, and neuro observations
