Job Summary:
Telehealth Nurse, Telemetry, Portland This position involves delivering comprehensive nursing care for patients in a telemetry setting. The role includes supervising nursing staff, coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. The nurse will utilize professional judgment and critical thinking skills to meet care standards and support patient recovery.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; telemetry experience preferred; Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required; AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required; location in the state of practice required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Acute care facility experience.
- Essential Functions: Collects relevant patient data, analyzes assessment information, develops and implements care plans, and evaluates progress toward outcomes. Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide safe, humane, and compassionate care. Participates in discharge planning, delegates duties appropriately, and performs other related duties as assigned.
- Additional Information: AUTO OFFER, EPIC experience REQUIRED. Holiday RTO will not be approved.
