Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,304 per week in Stafford Township, NJ

Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care based on initial and ongoing patient assessments, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with patient care, including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to identify and prioritize patient needs
• Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care based on initial and ongoing patient assessments, physician medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks
• Perform therapeutic nursing interventions and manage care for assigned patients
• Document care in accordance with standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and clinical priorities
• Advocate for and support adoption of evidence-based practice standards and innovations in care delivery
• Provide patient-centered care in alignment with professional nursing practice models

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry experience required
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (ASN required)
• Active NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• NIHSS certification required
• Telemetry Certification or successful completion of Telemetry Competency Exam required
• CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours) required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
