Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for telemetry patients with cardiac and pulmonary needs
• Monitor patient conditions, interpret telemetry rhythms, and escalate changes in status appropriately
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, and the care team to support safe, efficient patient care
• Manage patient ratios of approximately 1:5-6 while maintaining quality and attention to detail
• Perform routine nursing assessments, administer treatments, and document care accurately
• Support patient education and promote positive outcomes throughout the care episode
