Telemedicine Registered Nurse (RN) position in a community access hospital setting located in Damariscotta, Maine. Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The position begins on 10/19/2026 and concludes on 01/18/2027.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), experience with vasoactive drips, ventilators, and telemetry care. No specific minimum experience is required beyond the ability to meet role demands.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in intensive care unit (ICU) or specialty care unit (SCU).
• Float: Occasional float to medical-surgical units may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidates should have strong teamwork skills, be proactive, and uphold high standards of care. The unit manages ventilators, chest tubes, chest tubes, and other advanced equipment in a Telemetry/IMC setting, with patient ratios typically between 1:1 and 4:1. The uniform dress code is navy blue scrubs.
