The RN will provide care for telemetry patients with a ratio of 1:5-6. The role requires proficiency in managing cardiac drips without titration. The RN will be responsible for sheath removal and central line management. Candidates need to demonstrate experience with post-operative open-heart surgery care. Knowledge of interpreting dysrhythmias and performing procedural sedation is essential. The ability to manage BiPAP, chest tubes, and tracheostomy care is also required. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Orientation hours will not be included in the contract duration.
