Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry - Travel- Monitor and assess the patient's vital signs and telemetry readings
- Administer medications and manage central lines or PICC line placements
- Perform advanced assessments and apply critical thinking skills
- Communicate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care
- Participate in bedside shift reports and ensure thorough documentation
- Engage in hourly rounding and support daily leadership rounds
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry - Travel- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong background in telemetry nursing
- Advanced assessment and critical thinking skills
- Experience with vasoactive drip management
