Key Responsibilities of the RN - Telemetry- Provide high-quality care to patients in a Telemetry unit
- Perform thorough physical assessments and document accurately
- Manage care for acute stroke patients
- Demonstrate strong time management and critical thinking skills
- Maintain A.I.D.E.T behaviors and adhere to core measures
- Prevent hospital-acquired conditions (HACs) and infections (HAIs)
- Float to other Med-Surg and Tele units as needed
Requirements of the RN - Telemetry- BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIHSS certification
- Minimum one year of acute care experience
- Chemo experience is a plus
