Experience in a Medical/Surgical setting with cardiac monitoring required. Previous travel experience is highly preferred. Rural and small facility experience is highly preferred. License: New Hampshire RN license or Compact required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required Must-Have: Basic dysrhythmia test in profile. Must be comfortable with Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit specialties. Must have personal vehicle for this assignment. Permanent address must be included in profile. Description: This position requires a registered nurse with experience in Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Progressive Care Unit settings. Candidates must be comfortable with each specialty. This is a very small facility, so rural experience is preferred. Candidates must be able to work independently and hit the ground running. The patient population includes newborns to geriatrics. The RN to patient ratio is 5:1, depending on acuity. Higher acuity Progressive Care Unit patients would have a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be verified at upload. Requests for time off after upload will not be approved. Five days or less of requests for time off will be approved for a 13-week assignment. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission.
