Experience in telemetry required. First-timers accepted. Description: These needs are specifically for winter coverage for a 10-week contract only. Local radius restrictions are waived for this assignment. Must start by 12/18/2026. No holiday requests will be accepted. No more than 5 days of time off requests are allowed. Ratios are average 1:4. Weekend coverage is required every other weekend. Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs. Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents. Daily census is approximately 10 patients. Unit supports interdisciplinary services including physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Patient diagnoses include epilepsy, seizures, and cases requiring neurosurgery. Special procedures performed on the unit include lumbar punctures and EEG monitoring. Experience with managing ports, administration of blood products, and central line care is preferred. Skills in infection control, insulin administration, managing chest tubes, and phlebotomy are essential.
