·       Patient Ratios : 6,7:1

·       Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : No HUC, Tech or extra RN when no tech

·       Type of equipment : Standard Med/Surg

·       Documentation system: Cerner

·       Scheduling requirements: 3 12’s

·       Floating policy: Rare

·       Patient Experience requirements: Affluent Community, Concierge service expected

Hospital Specifics-

·       Certifications: ACLS, CPI Preferred

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set:

 

Must have: Care of Geriatric or past inpatient Rehab experience (Swing Bed Patients)

 

 

Advanced skills needed: Wound Care

 

 

Procedures performed on unit:  Minor

 

 

Certifications Required: BLS

 

 

Dress Code: (Required uniform)
