Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry/Cardiac unit
Manage and monitor patients requiring cardiac drips, including Heparin, Lasix, and Cardizem
Support TR Band management for patients coming straight from procedure
Participate in the Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process
Float to all acute care units as needed
Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR
Required Qualifications
Active Kansas RN license required
BLS certification required
Minimum 1 year of recent Telemetry experience
Experience with TR Bands straight from procedure
Experience with cardiac drips (Heparin, Lasix, Cardizem, and similar)
Experience with Tikosyn/Sotalol initiation process
Preferred Experience / Skills
2-5 years of Telemetry nursing experience
Prior experience with EPIC EMR
