Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care on a Telemetry unit during 12-hour night shifts
Float to all acute care units as needed based on staffing requirements
Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and patient management
Adhere to unit-specific holiday scheduling requirements, including coverage for Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, and New Year's Eve/Day
Participate in facility orientation program including on-site and virtual training sessions
Required Qualifications
Active Kansas RN License or Compact RN License required
BLS Certification required
Minimum of 18 months of experience in a hospital setting with Orthopedic & Spine experience
New graduates are not eligible for this position
Must comply with nicotine-free facility policy
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience with EPIC EMR
Experience floating across multiple acute care units
Familiarity with telemetry monitoring and related patient populations
