TravelNurseSource is working with Malone Healthcare to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Greenville, North Carolina, 27833!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry setting as part of a Staffing Office Float Pool
• Float to Intermediate Unit (IU) and General Medical units within the same medical center as needed
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, responding appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications including BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA)
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the EPIC electronic health records system

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license required; Compact license accepted
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience
• Must be willing and able to float to IU and General Medical units - this is a Float Pool position
• Must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least 1 prior travel nursing assignment in a General Medical setting
• NIHSS certification or familiarity
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
