**Job Description:**
- Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a flair for telemetry care? Join our dynamic team!
- As an RN in Telemetry, you will:
- Evaluate patients and provide essential assistance to physicians in delivering top-notch patient care.
- Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
- Identify patient needs and prioritize care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for your patients.
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments based on patient problems or needs, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
- Carry out therapeutic nursing interventions while managing the comprehensive care of your patients.
- Document care in accordance with established standards, ensuring excellence in patient acuity and clinical priorities.
- Advocate for evidence-based practice care standards and support the integration of innovative care delivery methods.
- Provide patient-centric care aligned with our professional nursing practice model.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as they arise, contributing to a positive work environment.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2 years recent telemetry experience.
**Required Education:**
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited school.
**Required Certifications & Licensure:**
- BLS - AHA
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license
- NIHSS certification
- Tele Certification
- CEU Contact Stroke (4 Hours)
**Schedule Notes:**
- Shift: Day
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekend Requirement: Every other
- Float Requirement: As needed
